Our Story
I am passionate about pastry, a love I have nurtured since I was 18 years old in Cameroon. With a degree in biochemistry specializing in nutrition and food safety, I have gained a unique understanding of the scientific aspects of baking. My pursuit of excellence led me to pastry training, where I developed solid technical skills and true expertise.
Now, here in Canada, I have completed an online certificate in food safety, deepening my knowledge of food safety standards in Ontario. What sets me apart is my ability to blend original and elegant decoration with irresistible flavors. Aware that many people avoid pastries due to their sugar content, I have harnessed my cake design skills and nutrition knowledge to create low-sugar recipes.
