My Moodle/eClass course has disappeared. Where did it go?

Log into Moodle/eClass. While on the Moodle/eClass dashboard, within the Course overview block, click on the Courses tab and check to see if it is in the Past category. If it is there, the professor has set the course end date to be finished at a specific time, usually at the course's end. Additionally, the course may be set to invisible by the professor.

Note for profs: Upon reaching the course end date, the course will be put into Past. This setting can be changed by clicking the gear icon at the top right bar beside the course's name. Click on Edit settings and from there you can change the start and end dates of the course.
