The equipment in the classroom is not working or is damaged. How do I proceed?

If the equipment in the room is in an unusable state, please use the self-help touch panel located in the classroom or call 416-487-6700.

If the equipment is damaged but usable (for example, poorly tracking mouse, not all colors showing on screen, etc), please notify us via email at ithelp@glendon.yorku.ca noting the room and equipment malfunction.
