Racheal Awe is an executive leader with extensive experience in developing, executing, and sustaining corporate enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, in order to achieve long term differentiated value, strategic vision and growth.

Racheal has held management roles in several major global corporations such as ExxonMobil, TD Bank, Sears Canada and Saks Fifth Avenue; and she is currently the Vice President, Executive Integration & Chief of Staff to the President & CEO of Canadian Tire Corporation.

Racheal also serves on the Board of Governors of the Massey Hall & Roy Thompson Hall Corporation; and on the Board of Directors of Young People’s Theatre – North America’s oldest professional theatre for young audiences and largest in Canada.

Racheal is PMP certified, holds an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from York University and, an Executive MBA degree from the prestigious Kellogg -Schulich school of business at Northwestern University & York University.

Racheal has also been named as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 by the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) - North America's #1 and only organization that meaningfully propels and celebrates the advancement of professional women at all levels.

Racheal has been with her husband Anu for 19 years, and together they have a 10-year-old daughter Neriah, and a 7-year -old son Nathaniel.
