Ope Famoroti is currently a Manager, People Partner at The Body Shop. With over 10 years’ experience, Ope has brought her expertise in employee rollout programs, compensation and incentive, and talent acquisition to both national and international organizations including Ceridian, ContactPoint 360, Teleperformance, i3International and Carnival Cruise Lines.

Ope holds a Bachelor of Human Resources Management from York University. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) under the Ontario Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
