Education is important in my area as it allows us to understand the diversity and the needs of our multi-ethnic society. It provides us with a better understanding of the different social factors affecting our communities and how we can be part of creating positive changes to create a better society.

In this program, I enjoyed learning about social factors such as race, ethnicity, gender, age, education, and social class and how these factors affect society and how its organizational structures operate.
