Janice Tee is a seasoned global HR leader with over 20 years of experience partnering with executive teams to shape strategic talent and organizational initiatives across multiple industries. She currently serves as Global Vice President of HR for Mirrors, Mechatronics, and Lighting at Magna, where she drives innovative HR strategies, talent management frameworks, and transformative programs that align employee growth with organizational vision.

Janice’s expertise spans global HR transformation, integrated HR systems, equity, diversity and inclusion programs, executive recruitment, and change management, with a proven ability to optimize processes, leverage technology, and enhance the employee experience. She is PROSCI-certified in change management and has successfully led complex, multi-country programs including HR technology integrations, workforce planning, and employee wellness initiatives.

Beyond her professional role, Janice is deeply engaged in volunteer and board leadership. She serves as a Director of Marketing for both the South Simcoe and Bradford West Gwillimbury Minor Hockey Associations, coordinating sponsorships, building community partnerships, and supporting youth sports development. She also served as Board President of WBE Canada, guiding strategic planning and governance initiatives, and chaired the HR Committee for the Canadian Electricity Association, championing industry-wide equity and inclusion initiatives.

Known for her collaborative approach, mentorship, and commitment to building high-potential talent, Janice brings energy, insight, and a people-first perspective to every initiative she undertakes—whether at the executive table or in community service.
