I conduct research and provide guidance to the Senior Assistant Deputy Minister of Operations on change management (CM) and anti-racism, discrimination, equity and inclusion (AREDI) initiatives.

The MPPAL program was instrumental in helping me procure my current position because it helped to improve my research, writing, and critical thinking skills (especially as it relates to evaluating programs and policies).
