My experience at York University was extremely positive in many ways. Being first generation Canadian my perspective was limited to my immigrant background and faith. York University provided me an opportunity to experience diversity and multiple perspectives. My undergraduate degree assisted me in developing critical thinking, communication skills, and most importantly listening and realizing that complex problems cannot be resolved with simple solutions, it requires a diversified approach with all stakeholders.
