Roger Young has over 25 years' experience in Financial Services, spanning a broad array of experiences including Internal Audit, Securities Finance and Personal & Commercial Banking. Roger has held leadership roles in Strategy, Business Architecture and Risk Management. He has experience in large scale business transformation management.

Roger holds a degree in Economics from York University. He is also a Certified Financials Services Auditor (CFSA) and a Certified Investment & Derivatives Audit (CIDA). He has also completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Derivative Fundamentals Course (DFC). Roger also brings over 10 years' experience in real estate investment and development. He leverages his experiences to mentor young people on wealth building strategies.
