The size and breadth of courses offered at York University allowed me to explore how a number of my intellectual interests intersect. I was encouraged to approach my studies from different perspectives. And this informs my approach in my professional life. I wear multiple hats at the office. And my York University education helps me stay responsive in an ever-changing world.
The diversity in students and professors further armed me with the tools to succeed in any work environment. I learned to listen, reflect and understand differing views. These skills are invaluable in a global economy.
