Tracey Rickaby is a seasoned executive leader with extensive experience in human resources at the global level. Her most recent position was as Senior Director of Human Resources for the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Pointnext services organization, where she was responsible for managing all strategic and operational human resources functions associated with driving an integrated global people plan. 
 
Within Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Tracey has been a regional and global Business HR partner in the Services organization, United States sales organization and has supported multiple business units in HP Canada. 
 
Prior to working for Hewlett-Packard, Tracey’s HR career spanned many different industries including financial services, lottery and gaming, venture capital and telecommunications holding various HR roles including staffing, information technology and HR partner. 
 
Tracey is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) in Canada and has her Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management. She also has other HR designations including a Certificate in Employee Benefits. 
 
Tracey is from the province of Ontario in Canada and she currently resides in Toronto, Canada. Tracey has recently retired from full time work and is enjoying navigating life outside the workplace.
