Q: How do I get access to Insight?

A: Please ensure that you have a managers approval and send an email to edw_tech@yorku.ca 
with the following:

- First & Last name
- Department
- PPY account

Q: I have a concern with Insight, whom can I speak to?

A: For any questions or concerns, either contact us at edw_tech@yorku.ca or alternatively submit a ticket through IT Service Desk

Q: Whats the best way to view Insight?

A: We recommend using Internet Explorer 7 and 8

Q: How often is data refreshed in Insight?

A: Data is refreshed on a nightly basis, thus any changes made to SIS will only be reflected the following day in Insight
