STRESS BUSTING: 30 MINUTES OF MAGICAL PRACTICES 8 WEEK ONLINE SERIES

We all encounter stress in our daily lives that at times can be difficult to manage. This is especially important as we navigate the many challenges from work pressures, the COVID pandemic, climate change, social and economic uncertainty. Help is available for Stress Busting. We are offering these 30 minute online practical programs for enhancing wellness and managing stress. Give it a try!

The Winter 2023 Stress Busting Series based at York University offers two 8 – week Online programs starting January 30, 2023.
