At the end of every 5 days (usually the weekend), please review and initial the Feedback form where the teacher candidate has been recording any verbal feedback given after lessons. The Practicum Facilitator will use this information to evaluate the Teacher Candidate.
All evaluations are done by the Practicum Facilitator and are based on the feedback you have already provided. This also helps the Practicum Facilitator identify potential challenges towards the successful completion of the practicum, and therefore support you in your mentorship role.
