The goal of the Practicum Program is to move Teacher Candidates towards competence in planning, facilitating, and assessing student learning and the development of professional practice.
The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher Education Program values the learning that is constructed during collaborative and co-teaching experiences. A small honorarium will be paid to our collaborating mentor teachers at the end of the practicum placement.
