I am a faculty member, how do I activate or edit my online Glendon Faculty Profile?

Glendon Faculty Profiles are available at: https://www.glendon.yorku.ca/faculty-profile/

If your profile is not already visible in the directory, ask your Department or Department Chair to send an email to  ithelp@glendon.yorku.ca with your Passport York username to request that it be activated.

The Glendon Faculty Profile directory is managed by your profile settings in Glendon eClass. You can update the profile by following these instructions:

  1. Log onto https://eclass.glendon.yorku.ca/
  2. Click on the icon (profile picture) at the top right of the page to display the menu.
  3. Click on Profile.
  4. On the top left side of the screen you will see your profile picture (or a blank placeholder) - to the right of it is a gear icon. Click on it.
  5. Select Edit Profile.
  6. Modify the desired fields.
  7. Once done, click on the Update profile button at the bottom of the page.
  8. Your profile should be visible in 24 hours. If you still cannot see it, please contact Glendon ITS by sending an email to ithelp@glendon.yorku.ca

If you have changed your email, you will get a notification that your request for an email change needs to be confirmed. A confirmation message will be sent to the new email you switched to - open your email and follow the directions, ensuring you click the confirmation link.
