Atkinson Residence is located on the South side of Keele campus and is a hybrid-style residence. It is prioritized primarily for upper-year students seeking a more independent living environment. First-year students will not be able to select Atkinson as a preference on their application. Housing collaborates with Student Accessibility Services to review accommodation-based exceptions on an as needed basis.
Students have the choice to select a single room as a two person cluster with shared single occupancy bathroom or a single room with a private bathroom. These rooms do not have a lounge or kitchen access and therefore dining plans are mandatory.
