Glendon Residence Buildings

Glendon Housing offers new and returning students safe, convenient and supportive on-campus housing options. Living on-campus puts you at the centre of the Glendon community, providing you with access to residence support services, fitness facilities, and organized social activities.

At Glendon campus, we offer both styles of living in both our residence buildings.

Traditional Style

Traditional style housing features standard residence rooms in both single and double occupancy, with shared community bathrooms located on each floor. This style offers an affordable option and fosters a vibrant, social environment where students can easily meet neighbours and participate in community activities. Traditional buildings do not include kitchen facilities, and residents are required to have a dining plan. This option is most popular with first-year students.

Hybrid-Style

Hybrid style housing blends elements of both traditional and suite-style living, consisting of 2-4 person Clusters made up of multiple bedrooms. Each Cluster includes a semi-private bathroom that is accessible only to the residents of that Cluster. This style provides an appealing balance of affordability, privacy, and comfort. Hybrid-style rooms do not include kitchen access, and residents are required to have a dining plan.

Community Bathrooms

Students living in traditional rooms have access to community bathrooms. These modern and accessible bathrooms provide students access to a single-person bathroom space that is shared with other students in their house. Community bathrooms are located in close proximity to student rooms and are stocked and cleaned by housekeeping staff.
