Pond Residence is located on the South side of Keele campus and is a suite-style residence. Upper year students are given priority for these accommodations. Suites house two students in one unit and share a kitchen and a single occupancy bathroom. A large lounge is shared among the entire building. Dining Plans are optional for residents.
Pond residence is prioritized primarily for upper‑year students seeking a more independent living environment. First-year students will not be able to select Pond as a preference on their application. Housing collaborates with Student Accessibility Services to review accommodation‑based exceptions on an as‑needed basis.
