Kristina Molodova was born in Kyiv, Ukraine. She completed her Master’s in International Economics at the most prestigious university in Ukraine and moved to Canada to continue learning Economics in Canada. Her father advised her to expand her knowledge and find more opportunities in Canada. She moved to Canada and finished her Master’s Degree in Economics at York University within a first year of her life in Canada. She found her first job as an Energy Analyst within three months after she graduated from York University. Kristina moved to a bigger company, Franco-Nevada, with more opportunities two years later. Two legendary people, Pierre Lassonde and Seymour Schulich founded Franco-Nevada Corp., a royalty mining and Energy company where Kristina has been working for more than nine years. She has developed a corporate model of the company, using advanced Excel skills, and manages Financial Planning and Forecasting for the company’s assets.
York University provided an opportunity for me. - newcomer, to develop career using my main specialty, expand my network and get a permanent residency in Canada. That education helped me a lot.
