Barry Kadoch is an experienced chief financial officer (CFO) with a strong background in the real estate industry. He currently serves as the vice president of corporate planning and budgeting at SmartCentres REIT, one of Canada’s largest fully integrated REITs, featuring 166 strategically located properties across the country. Prior to joining SmartCentres, Kadoch’s career included senior positions at Deloitte (senior manager – A&A finance), Drizeen Holdings Inc (CFO), Trinity Development Group (CFO/COO) and Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (vice president).Kadoch graduated with an economics degree in 1987 and is experienced in management, finance, accounting, strategy and mergers and acquisitions.
