Maranda can be described as having an editorial voice but a marketer's mind. She has worn many hats over the years as a journalist, content marketer, and now a public relations professional, but storytelling has always been at the heart of what she does.

Her background includes an M.A. in English Literature and expertise in B2B marketing, PR, communications and copywriting. Her specialties are in technology, construction, and HR, but has never shied away from learning about new industries.

I emerged from my graduate program at York well-equipped to navigate personal and professional challenges. I honed essential skills like analytical and critical thinking, widened my cultural perspective, and learned to communicate effectively. I continue to explore the deep intellectual curiosity sparked during my time at York in my life and career today.
