Serkan Dogan is a York University graduate with a bachelors degree in Human Resources Management. My areas of interest encompass labour law, employer branding, HR planning, organisational development and organisational behaviour in the industrial work settings.

Has given me the opportunity to meet and study with large number of students from different cultures and countries. It has shaped my international work experience to get better understanding of work environment.
