As the RSM Canada Business and Professional Services (BPS) regional industry leader, Terri is responsible for building an internal community relentlessly focused on RSM’s ability to service the business needs of the professional services industry, specifically within the BPS sector. Collaborating across multiple lines of business, audit, tax and consulting, Terri ensures that our teams are sharing best practices, enhancing industry knowledge and ensuring relevant and meaningful business solutions are taken to market.

To support her efforts in professional services, Terri has launched and led the RSM Canada Alliance, RSM’s premier affiliation of independent accounting and consulting firms in Canada - a first-of-its-kind in the Canadian accounting industry. Over the past two years, Terri has grown the Alliance to ten member firms across 30 locations in Ontario, Alberta and Saskatchewan, with combined annual revenue over $100 million.

Terri has 17 years of experience working with audit, tax and consulting firms. She has deep experience developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, tools and processes, and brings a pragmatic approach to business combined with market insights and analytical skills.
