Vyvy completed her Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management in 2014 at York University and has been in the Talent Acquisition industry for the past 10 years. Her experience started off in agency and consulting, moved into tech start ups, and evolved into global corporate recruitment within the fintech space supporting North America, LATAM, and EMEA.

Her passion lies in being a true advisor to the business and influencing hiring decisions in addition to initiating and growing partnership opportunities with underrepresented groups from a diversity perspective. Outside of her day-to-day (but still at work), she is the Intuit Indigenous Peoples Network ERG Co-Chair for Canada and Community Lead for the Talent Acquisition & Shared Services function.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with friends, family, and her Labradane, Nori over food, drinks, and board games.
