My research area mainly includes:

Mathematical modelling of biological, epidemiological, ecological and chemical processes:

Application differential equations in modelling real-world problems; Data analysis using Python; Machine learning algorithm in modelling and predicting infectious diseases; Neural ordinary differential equations. This includes:

  • Neural ordinary differential equations, Neural Networks as solutions of differential equations and application to
  • biomathematics,
  • Modelling and analyzing the impact of climate change on infectious diseases,
  • Singular perturbation theory applied to multiscale epidemiological models,
  • Mathematical immunology: including modelling of cellular level dynamics of parasites, viruses and interaction with the immune system,
  • One-health modelling approach to zoonotic diseases,
  • Viscosity solutions of Hamilton-Jacobi equations type equations
Mathematical immunology for Plasmodium
