Culture and Leisure Component

For in-person programs in Toronto, our culturally diverse and specialized staff members guarantee that every effort is taken to ensure that training groups are carefully attended to, safe and comfortable in our cosmopolitan and multicultural city. Outings range from tours of major capitals and urban centres to local sporting and cultural events such as baseball or hockey games and theatre productions. All tours are private and customized to the needs of the participants (including tour guides, hotel arrangements and transportation).

The multicultural metropolis of Toronto is "home base" for participants undertaking ABMP programs. Under the skyline of the CN Tower, one of the world's tallest freestanding structures, there is a world of history, shopping and events. From the financial district on Bay Street, boutiques on Queen Street, or the shops and sites of Chinatown, Toronto offers something for everyone. The city displays both modern and historic architecture, from the marvelously engineered Rogers Centre to the nineteenth-century majesty of the University of Toronto. Participants will never be at a loss for something new to try or somewhere undiscovered to explore.

Along the shores of the Ottawa River lined with scenic greenbelts, Canada's capital city presents a host of historical sites and attractions. From the copper roofs of Parliament Hill to the beauty of the Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica, Ottawa presents yesteryear's charm along with its modern buildings and political administration. Visitors to the city will enjoy tours of Parliament Hill, the Royal Canadian Mint, the National Gallery of Art, the Museum of Civilization and Byward Market. Ottawa is an essential stop on any Canadian itinerary.

What trip to Canada would be complete without visiting the seventh natural wonder of the world, Niagara Falls? A tourist mecca of natural and material varieties, Niagara Falls is also home to one of Canada's largest casinos. The Las Vegas-like atmosphere of Clifton Hill, rushing water and incredible shopping makes any journey to the Falls momentous and memorable. Whether exploring the Falls on foot, by boat or by helicopter, the serene power of the Horseshoe Crescent is romantic and awe-inspiring for newcomers and returnees alike. Enjoy the rainbow of colors that light up the liquid cascade and browse the sparkling streetscape of curio shops, museums and fine dining.
