YCAR is pleased to co-present the second GETSEA Simulcast Screening & Discussion on 09 April 2024.
This is an in-person event and presented in conjunction with the International Decade of Indigenous Languages and the Bophana Institute.
Four short films by Indigenous Cambodian filmmakers on the themes of healing memory and care will be presented, followed by a discussion.
The four films are:
“Dull Trail” (2020), directed by KHON Raska, PEOU Mono, and CHOEY Rickydavid, Bunong Language
“My Wish” (2021), directed by KASOL Sinoun, Jarai language
“Trung” (2022), directed by Khamnhei HEA, Karvet language
“Alive Skin” (2022), directed by Veasna OEM and Vantha RAY, Khmer language
