MyApps - Remote Delivery service

Impact/Details:

  • User(s) cannot launch the application remotely
    Example:
  • There is an ongoing issue with the 'Launch Remote' service to automatically renew user certificates that have expired.
  • Support teams are working with vendor support to fix the issue.
  • The service page has been updated to acknowledge the issue with a workaround. Please refer to "I'm experiencing an issue when launching remote applications".
  • UIT teams are prioritizing incident tickets with known users being affected.
  • Applications on the virtual delivery service (with the Launch option) are not affected.
