Passport York

Passport York authenticates you as a member of the York community and gives you access to a wide range of computing resources and services. If you don’t yet have a Passport York account, you are encouraged to get one.

How do I get it?

Most faculty and staff will already have a Passport York account. If you do not yet have a Passport York account, send a message to from your York email address to request one. The request must include your full name and your employee number. (If you do not have or cannot access your York email account, your faculty/department Administrator or Computer Coordinator can submit the request on your behalf.)

The Helpdesk will send you a message with your Passport York username and a temporary password, which you must change the first time you log in to Passport York.
