Automatic updates:
- Go to Settings > Apps > App Store > Under Automatic Downloads, toggle ON the App Updates setting
- You can also enable Automatic Downloads under Cellular Data if you want apps to automatically update even when using mobile data
Manual updates:
- Go to App Store > Tap your Account Icon (top right) > Scroll to Upcoming App Updates > Once you find the Duo Mobile app click on "Update"
OS requirements:
The current version of the Duo Mobile app requires iOS 16 or later. If your device is running an older version of iOS, see Apple’s instructions for updating your device: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118575.
Android
Automatic updates
- Open the Google Play app
- Go to Profile > Settings > Network preferences > Auto‑update apps
Manual update
- Open the Google Play app
- Go to Profile > Manage apps & device > Updates available > See details
- Find Duo Mobile and click on "Update"
