Remembrance Day Ceremony 2023

The York University community is invited to attend the annual Remembrance Day ceremonies which will be taking place in person at both the Keele and Glendon campuses. Remembrance Day honours the men and women who were killed during the two world wars and other conflicts. Previously known as Armistice Day, it was renamed Remembrance Day after the Second World War.

Keele Campus Ceremony:

Locations

Community members can find poppies and donation boxes on the Keele Campus in these locations: Vari Hall, red zone, Scott Library, Bookstore, Steacie IT Service Desk and Schulich ELC front desk. They will also be available at both ceremonies.
