EmpowerAbility is a career transition program dedicated to helping students with disabilities build the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to successfully enter the workforce. Throughout the year, you can explore our specialized career mentorship program, experience matching opportunities and transition pathways, alongside accessible workshops and events.

Mentorship Program

This virtual program was created for students who could benefit from being mentored by an industry professional with lived experience with disability in the workplace.
