Jane has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, spanning leadership roles in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Culture, Workforce Analytics, Leadership Development, and Inclusion. Currently, Jane is the Head Remediation & Performance Optimization at BMO Financial Group. Her mandate includes the design, development and implementation of talent solutions to proactively reinforce and strengthen BMO’s risk management human capital practices. Jane has been the People & Culture architect of BMO’s operating model, values, culture and purpose to Boldly Grow the Good in business and in life.

Jane was born in Saskatchewan, raised in Montreal and lives in Toronto with her husband and two children. She holds a multidisciplinary liberal arts BA from York University and supports the McCall MacBain Foundation Fellowship and Scholarship program.
