Derek Willie is a passionate leader that believes people and culture to be the most valuable resources within an organization. Throughout his career, Derek has a track record to pivot between strategy and execution that requires innovation and creativity across all four P's of marketing. As a Senior Director, Marketing at ADP Canada, Derek successfully executes the integration of a variety of marketing programs across North America and support a revenue portfolio in excess of $600M within matrix organizations.​

In addition to consulting, Derek currently sits on the Board of Directors of First Stage Child Care (FSCC), a not-for-profit organization that focus on providing affordable childcare to communities that face socioeconomical challenges across the Greater Toronto Area.​
