Re-assign is the step taken to move ownership/responsibility of a prospect to another fundraiser. This occurs when it has been determined that the prospect will not make a donation to the original fundraiser's portfolio, but may be interested in another subject area/portfolio. Clearance is required from the AVP, VP before any transfer is completed.

Any existing proposal record from the current fundraiser should be deactivated when entering this stage.
