A project manager (Advancement) is a fundraiser added as an assignment to a prospect (Advancement) for a temporary term.

The project manager must go through the clearance process, and must be approved by the primary relationship manager if one exists and the AVP or VP of Advancement. If both fundraisers agree to work to engage the prospect together, they are given co-clearance.

As these types of assignments are temporary, project managers are meant to be added as fundraisers to work on a single ask with a prospect (Advancement) towards a project.
