A co-solicitor is a fundraiser who has an assignment to work in collaboration with a solicitor on the delivery of a proposal.

The solicitor is considered the lead or owner of the proposal, and the co-solicitor works in partnership with the solicitor for a portion of the valuation of that proposal.
