An academic status (undergraduate) is a status assigned to an undergraduate student at the end of each academic session and is the result of an academic decision.

The status indicates the student’s ability to proceed within their program at the University and appears on a student’s grade report and transcript.

Academic status categories include:

• Good academic standing
• Academic warning
• Required to withdraw for one year
• Debarment warning
• Debarred for two years
