Reporting Equipment Issues

Parking customers have several options available for assistance with parking equipment or to report technical problems.

For issues that require immediate attention:

Related to HONK Mobile: contact HONK directly through the Honk Mobile App by clicking on Support in the dropdown menu on the main page or at https://www.honkmobile.com/contact/

Related to FLO:  equipment, charges, general questions or concerns, contact FLO directly at https://www.flo.com/en-CA/support/

Related to Pay Machines:  contact Parking & Transportation Services, during business hours, at 416-736-5335 or via email at parking@yorku.ca.  Please explain the nature of the problem and a representative will either guide you through a solution or dispatch a team member to assist you.  After office hours, please contact a member of the Parking Operations team at 416-728-0031.
