Markham Campus Parking Options

Parking Services has worked with the City of Markham and the Remington Group to provide parking options for the Markham Campus.

  • General parking is available at the Remington Lot (436 Enterprise Blvd).
  • A small lot on the northeast corner of the Markham Campus is designated primarily for accessibility parking.
  • Parking at both locations is managed through the HONK Mobile App and enforced by the City of Markham Enforcement Program.

Please note that parking in the adjacent Pan Am, YMCA, and GO Station lots is not permitted.

Faculty, staff, and students whose primary work, offices, or majority of courses are at the Markham Campus are required to purchase parking for this location through HONK, similar to parking expectations at the Keele and Glendon campuses.

The Remington Lot and Markham Accessibility Lot offer daily pay, monthly permits, and multi-packs.

While Parking Services aims to offer a consistent experience, the Remington Lot is operated by a third party, so some processes may differ. If you currently hold a Keele or Glendon sessional or continuous permit and are moving to Markham, you’ll need to cancel your existing permit (or payroll deduction) and purchase a Markham Campus permit. Standard cancellation and refund policies apply.

Daily rates vary by lot. Please see below for pricing and restrictions.

**Parking rates subject to change without notice, for scheduled campus and/or external events**

Multi-Packs

The Multi-Pack is a flexible prepaid pass available through the HONK Mobile App that provides 10 full-day parking sessions usable within a 30-day period, starting the first day it's purchased. Depending on the pass and the number of times it is used during the month, the Multi-Pack provides savings on daily rates.

**Select the Long Term Parking option to purchase Multi-Pack Parking**

HOW TO REDEEM A PARKING PASS

  1. Park in the location(s) designated by your MultiPack
  2. Open the HonkMobile App - your active MultiPack will be displayed on the front page under "Active Sessions"
  3. Select your current MultiPack and select "redeem a pass" - your passes remaining will be displayed at the top of this screen
  4. Select MultiPack Redemption rate ($0.00)
  5. Adjust your vehicle plate if necessary and select "park for free"
  6. Confirm your license plate and session details
  7. Get on with your day!

*If you have inputted the wrong license plate, you have up to 10 minutes from redeeming a pass to change the vehicle attached to the parking session. You can change the license plate on the session complete page.

You can view all your redeemed sessions, as well as all remaining sessions, by going to the Sessions Tab in your account.

Parking Services does not offer refunds or extensions on unused portions of Multi-Packs.
