YCAR Associate Director Janice C.H. Kim (Department of History) has been awarded funding from The Korea Foundation to support a lecture series titled 'Heterogeneity and Korean Identity in the Twentieth-First Century'. The YCAR series will run in the 2014.2015 academic year and will focus on the works of both established senior and groundbreaking junior scholars in the fields of globalization, transnational labour and class in South Korea.
