Gregory T. Chin and Hugo Dobson's recently published article on China & the upcoming G20 Hangzhou Summit looks at real trends and patterns in China's global behaviour and the G20 process.  The authors argue that "as a result of taking on the G20 presidency, China is stepping up to some aspects of global leadership and elements of global collective responsibility that are specific to this unique global summit".
