Philip Kelly, Director of YCAR and Professor of Geography, published an article on the focus on Filipino voices at this year's YCAR's Asian Heritage Month.  Published in The Philippine Reporter, the article reflects on the importance of creating a space for Filipino youth in Toronto to engage with artists and researchers who are doing important work on the Philippines.
