Thirty-seven researchers at York University were awarded more than $1.5 million in funding from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) in this round. The IDG program supports initial stages of research and enables the development of new research questions as well as experimentation with new methods, theoretical approaches or ideas.
