Microsoft officially announced Windows 11 to be available later in the year, https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2021/06/24/introducing-windows-11/

We will provide an update to our Faculty IT partners when the official media and licenses become available for volumed licensed.

UIT plans to review Windows 11 next year. As such, we will continue with Windows 10 until further notice.
