Please share the following with your teams.

We are aware that some users are unable to login to Concur from off campus. The vendor has now identified what is causing the problem and their team is working on providing a fix for the issue. However, this may take a few days.

 

As a temporary workaround, please download and install Pulse VPN on your computer and connect to VPN before you try to login to Concur.  Here is the URL for the Pulse VPN software download - https://www.yorku.ca/uit/faculty-staff-services/internet-access/secure-remote-access/


To login to Concur, please use the URL https://conlogin.apps06.yorku.ca/ and this will automatically present you with the Passport York login page.
