I have multiple York accounts. Can I use the same 2FA device for them?

Yes, you can use the same 2FA device for multiple York accounts.

Proceed with the enrollment of your first account by following the Get Started With Duo 2FA steps and register your device. When enrolling your other accounts with the same phone number, you will receive an error and be asked to contact an administrator.

Please submit a ticket via askit@yorku.ca or contact your local IT support group for help with linking your phone number with your other accounts.

To register your Duo hardware token to your various York accounts, please contact askit@yorku.ca or your local IT support group.
