Introducing the Contact Centre team!

When you call or email Pension & Benefits and Payroll & Records, your request will be received by the Contact Centre team. This team of customer service representatives will provide you quick and friendly service by responding directly to common and straightforward inquiries. More complex requests, or those that require additional processing, will be directed to specialist teams for resolution.

Over time, the Contact Centre team will extend to be the initial point of contact for clients accessing all USC Finance and People Services teams.
